Мысли об Исаакиевском Соборе

иглы и булавки

Точно в самом центре церкви

есть большая стальная булавка.

север, запад, восток, юг.

Стены со своими тяжелыми фресками

нагибаются к булавке, которая держит все на месте.

Прямо над булавкой

белый голубь летит,

дух, дум, дым.

А из-за пластикового занавеса,

На месте реставрации,

струится дым сигарет строителей,

невидимый, а проявляющийся.

Needles and Pins

Precisely in the center of the church

there is a big steel pin.

North, South, East, West (lit: North, West, East, South)

The walls with their heavy murals

arch towards the pin, which keeps everything in place.

Directly above the pin

a white dove flies,

(dukh, dum, diym)

spirit, thought, smoke.

And from behind the plastic sheets

that hide the restoration,

drifts the smoke from the workers cigarettes,

invisible, yet manifest.
